Do you remember the old Atari game Battlezone? The first-person tank game is making a comeback to the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
The game has taken a leap from the fake goggles that you used to play with that made you feel like you were part of virtual reality to the modern technology of the PC with the use of virtual reality headsets of the Rift and Vive.

Battlezone also includes a new co-op mode where you can navigate around each battlefield and take out enemy targets with up to three of your friends. The graphics have obviously been given an overhaul but still are reminisant of the age-old traditional graphics that those who are familiar with the original would appreciate.
Strap yourself into the cockpit of a super weapon in this explosive VR reboot of Atari’s seminal Battlezone, the first VR game ever made. Featuring intense first person tank combat, an expansive campaign for 1-4 players and a stunning retro aesthetic, Battlezone is a bold homage to the original 1980 title and the golden age of arcade gaming.
Battlezone is now on sale for 15 percent off for $33.99 at the Rebellion game store, on Steam, or directly via the Oculus store.
