Gumball Drift is fully optimised for virtual reality and will form part of the HTC Vive available game lineup when the headset arrives, which should be starting today.
“I’m really excited that we are able to be part of such a well orchestrated and amazing launch of such a ground breaking product as the HTC/Valve Vive.”
The developers worked closely with HTC and Valve to bring the title to the HTC Vive so you can expect Gumball Drift to thrive on the new virtual reality platform. Players will take on corners and aim to master the drift technique in this arcade racer around a wide range of tracks in competition with three other opponents.
Ghost Machine plan on bringing Gumball Drift to the Gear VR and Oculus Rift in the near future but haven’t specified an exact timeframe.
